Sample Documents
Because Peace and Pain Counseling is solutions-focused, evidenced therapy, there are often informational documents, and worksheets provided to stimulate new ideas. These documents can help people explore new experiences (ACT is an experienced-based approach), see the world from a different perspective, and embrace change. Before you begin therapy, you should have all of the information you need to feel comfortable that the therapy is right for you. Not just glowing affirmative words, but actual examples of what you will experience when you begin. You should feel comfortable that you have all the information you need before you start, and not find out three weeks, or three months into the therapy, what the experience will be like.
A complete Library of all documents can be accessed and downloaded if you are a present, or past client.
